Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this site. By accessing JR TradeHub you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the site does not violate any law that applies to you.

You agree not to use the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site, to any account, or to any system or network connected to the site.

Automated scraping of market data, signals, or editorial content beyond what is permitted by our public APIs (where applicable) is prohibited without prior written consent.

All editorial content, branding, design, and code on this site is the property of JR TradeHub Command Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote short excerpts of editorial content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Pricing, billing frequency (monthly or annual), and the trial duration are shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current advertised price. We will email a renewal reminder at least seven days before each annual renewal. You can review or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Free trial: the 7-day free trial can be cancelled at any time before it ends with no charge. If you do nothing, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the price advertised when you signed up.

Paid subscription: you can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.

Refund policy: paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the trial has ended and the subscription has converted to paid. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), email inquiry@jrnexussolutions.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund where the error is confirmed.

Chargebacks: if you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

JR TradeHub integrates with third-party services, including the Binance public market data feed and the Stripe payment processor. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site, the accuracy of the information, or the availability of any feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR TradeHub Command Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising from your use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
