BUY / SELL / HOLD Signal

JR TradeHub computes a signal per asset by combining four inputs: 14-period RSI on live tick history, short / long simple moving-average crossover, the 1-hour percentage change derived from hourly klines, and the 24-hour percentage change from Binance ticker data.

BUY fires when 1h and 24h trends align upward and RSI is not overbought. SELL fires on the opposite alignment with RSI not oversold. HOLD otherwise.
